In the unlikely event that a problem has occurred with your order, please follow the following procedures.
All discrepancies for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc. MUST be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before wearing or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered. We will not assume responsibility after garments have been worn or washed.
Returns require an Order Number. Returns are accepted if returned with a valid Order Number to our warehouse within 14 Days of ship date. No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid Order Number. Absolutely no returns on printed, worn, washed, decorated or otherwise embellished merchandise.
Returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer must be approved in advance and may be charged a 15%-20% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges. There is a minimum restocking charge of $10. Restocking fees are applied per order, not per item. Returns of this nature must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. Close-outs, discontinued and discounted merchandise are final sales.
Please allow 7-14 Business Days from receipt of returned merchandise for credit to be issued.
If replacement apparel is needed quickly, please place a new order and you will be credited once the returned apparel has been received and processed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship your orders.
